Thank You.

Alliance Members can post their hosted events here for FREE!

To submit your event info, simply navigate to our sister website, LOMAS (League Of Martial Art Schools) and click the "Enter Here" button, then type the word "event" in the textbox requesting a password and you will be presented with an online form which will supply us with all the pertinent info about your event.

Since our “fist” logo is a bit complex, in future advertising we will be using a more simple logo comprised of the 3 primary colors depicting a globe with the letters KSGA emblazoned across it, as converting our original logo to black & white proves difficult in preserving the details of the image. To learn about the symbolism used in our logo, first navigate to the page which is listed as “Explanation of Kuk·Sool” in our handy drop-down menu and then click the logo found at the top of that page (or to go there now, simply click HERE).

(HINT: double-clicking the KSGA globe logo on this page will change it to black & white - dismiss this info box to revert back to the original logo)

Enroll in The Kuk·Sool Global Alliance.

Membership in the Alliance will cost you nothing, so ENROLL now!

Until we get a substantial amount enrolled (minimum of ten), the page on our website designated for displaying the list of our members, will default to the current Home Page. Once our list of affiliated martial art schools has grown to ten or more, the Home Page will be swapped out so it shows the list of our current members.

The Kuk-Sool Global Alliance hopes to provide a way for the various martial art schools left in this unpleasant predicament, to band together in a loosely affiliated manner which will still honor the transfer of students amongst themselves, should the need ever arise. In this regard, a list of participating schools is necessary, as well as a website which the public can access, where they can view this list of the affiliated martial art schools.

It is the belief of The Kuk-Sool Global Alliance that any martial art school owner who wants to retain affiliation with the other schools, yet sever the connection to the original organization, should have the option to do so. Also, membership in our alliance is not restricted solely to martial art schools abandoning an organization that wishes to issue unfair edicts on its member schools. We will accept any martial art school willing to partake in the transfer of students and that embraces the philosophy and art of Kuk-Sool.

A Great Leader in Kuk Sool martial arts has died.

Larry White, founder of Kuk Sool of California, has past away on Saturday, December, 10th, 2016. He was a huge contributor to our art and was a phenomenal teacher as well as an excellent demonstrator. He will be sorely missed by all those who knew him and may he Rest In Peace. Interment services are scheduled for Saturday, 17 DEC 2016.
Most likely the classes at GM White's dojang located in Fairfield, CA. will continue, headed up by his right-hand man, Master Tommy Johnson. A touching eulogy by Master Liam O'Connor, a top student of GM White's who was instrumental in helping develop MCMAP, can be seen below (after clicking the button).

A generic version of our original logo, one which mutes the 5-pointed star and omits the fist & banner, that was not only adopted by L.O.M.A.S. (our sister website), but which can be thought of as representing ALL traditional Korean martial arts, was made into a very handsome lapel pin. We are offering it to anyone who finds such an image appealing yet lacks an identifying symbol of their own, or to anyone who simply wants to show support of the KSGA. The pin is just under an inch in diameter (7/8" to be exact, or roughly 22 mm), and sells for only $5 USD (plus S/H fees). However, anyone who requests 5 pins or more in a single order, will receive FREE shipping.

Please submit inquiries to:

The photo gallery has some examples of custom Korean Swords made specifically for individual students of Black Lotus Martial Arts Academy / Kuk Sool of San Diego. These swords are all hand crafted and hand assembled by a Master Korean Sword Smith in Korea. They are museum quality and extremely durable!

Virtually available in any size or configuration:
Blade engravings, scabbard inlays, custom fittings...
Aluminum practice blades, steel blades - sharpened or unsharpened...
~ either type of blade can be curved or straight.

These swords can be expensive (the more "bells and whistles", the more $$$), however, this will be the last sword you will ever have to buy!

If you are interested in having your own custom sword made specifically to fit you, contact me directly for a quote.
Due to the nature of these special orders, please only contact me if you are a serious buyer!

The Kuk·Sool Global Alliance graciously offers Auxiliary Memberships with slightly different stipulations than what is required for our Full Membership. The prospective member must still have their training be predominately based in the martial art of Kuk·Sool but will not be required to operate a martial art school or to involve their school if they do run such a business. Understand that this Auxiliary Membership must still benefit the wider Kuk·Sool community and therefore this type of member should have something to offer other members in the area of expertise or knowlege, in lieu of the training facility which the Full Memebership entails. Therefore the Auxiliary Membership will not be available to just any Kuk·Sool practitioner, even if they have achieved black-belt status. It would be easy to ask that such prospective members have a 3rd degree rank but since the Alliance does not dictate a standard with regard to rank gradations, this rather subjective aspect of martial art training will be converted to the number of years which the prospective member has consistently trained in the martial art of Kuk·Sool, and the minimum number with regard to the years of training for this type of membership has been set at ten (10).

In all fairness, any Full Member who wishes to convert to this other type of membership may do so, provided they meet the requirements. The Kuk·Sool Global Alliance has instituted the “ten years of consistent training” requirement because meaningful contributions are expected and there are plenty of other social networking tools available to those who do not qualify according to these stipulations. It is hoped that by providing more options such as this alternate membership status, that it will draw more Kuk·Sool people to join the Alliance, especially those who have greater influence & knowledge due to the length of time they have dedicated to the martial arts, and specifically to Kuk·Sool. By offering more enrollment options, it may help to bridge objections which might prevent some very prominent martial artists in the world of Kuk·Sool, from participating in our camaraderie. It should also be noted that the Auxiliary Membership which The Kuk·Sool Global Alliance now makes availaible, does not conflict with any rules laid down by some Parent organizations (it’s not really different than participation in other social networking sites found on the internet) and may provide a means in connecting like-minded martial artists.

To become a member of The Kuk-Sool Global Alliance all that's required is to be in business as a martial art school, have it's teachings grounded in the martial art of Kuk-Sool, and to agree to participate in the transfer of students with other affiliates in the alliance. Student transfers will be based on knowledge of skill sets rather than rank, as abiding by a standardized curriculum will not be deemed mandatory. The alliance will not issue rank certificates but will merely act as a network of affiliated businesses, contributing to the appeal perceived by any students (i.e. the clients of the affiliated martial art schools conducting routine business) so that said students may find these businesses more desirable, as oppossed to others which may lack any such affiliation.

Take charge of your martial art business and build a better future that you can depend on!

Read through our pages to learn about the various benefits we have to offer and more importantly, enabling your student's ability to transfer to another affiliated school. We can help you with this by using an efficient yet simple method as part of enrolling in our alliance.
Take charge of your business and build a better future that you can depend on!

Come join us, especially if you feel the time is right to be part of a politics-free organization like The Kuk-Sool Global Alliance.
